How LASAEC is governed
The Hospital Management Committee (HMC) is LASAEC's internal governance body — comprising the Medical Director and the Heads of every department across the Centre. The Committee meets regularly to coordinate operations, review performance, and ensure every part of the hospital works together toward the same standard of care.
